If you are an NWR outpatient staff member please visit the account self service site to reset your password.

If you are a non-outpatient NWR staff member (e.g. billing, coding, transcription, scheduling, etc.):

• To change your password from your virtual desktop, press ctrl+alt+del and select Change Password
• To have your account unlocked please call 317-328-5050 option #4.
