To request I.T. service for needs not immediately impacting patient care, please e-mail the NWR Helpdesk or submit an I.T. Help Request form. To e-mail the helpdesk, either send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have an e-mail client installed (e.g. Outlook) click here to start a message. E-mailing the helpdesk will automatically open a request in our ServiceDesk system. You should expect a response to your request within one business day.
